Yes. If you'd like to move your pet to a higher tier, simply speak to our team at the clinic. We'll prorate the difference and upgrade your plan on the spot.
Membership is paid as an annual fee at the clinic when you sign up. Our team will walk you through all payment options when you visit.
We encourage you to use your sessions regularly throughout the year. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next membership year — we'll remind you well in advance so nothing goes to waste.
